Wedding Rings

Is anything going to go right with this wedding for goodness sakes!!!

Fi and I went to the jewelers Saturday to pick out our wedding rings. I was told that there would be a matching band that would match my side stones. So, the girl just sent in the quote. Fi looked at rings. My ring is palladium so that restricted his options. He saw one ring that he liked in white gold and so they decided to ask if it came in palladium.

So yesterday, the ring that fi liked the most does not come in palladium. So we might have to custom make a ring, which is what I wanted to do in the first place.

Today he gets a call and the designer does not make a wedding band to match my ring with diamonds in it. They only make a shadow band. I don't even know wtf a shadow band is. They also said they could make a band with 9 princess stones totaling .5 carat but they would need my ring for 3-5 weeks in order to make the band to fit flush with my ring.

Now I am very upset because I originally wanted a channel set band but gave up that idea when I thought that there was a matching band. Now I'm thinking about telling them screwing all their ideas and just doing mine.

Maybe I should just get my channel set band and wear it on the other hand.
