One More Defeat

I don't think Charles is going to win the puppy photo contest. He was ahead by a lot and now he is behind by a lot. Another person who entered their puppy works at a school I don't know if she is a teacher or what and is getting her high school students to vote for her dog. I don't work at a school. We don't even have jobs so we can't even rally our co-workers to vote for him.

I just seems like one more defeat in a line of defeat my life has been this year.

Nothing really seems to be going right.

I sure hope things turn around.

Oh and we ran into some extended relatives at lunch today and of course my parents had to say that I'm graduating from law school. The cousin said oh remember us poor people. My response was I'm going to be the poor people. He said oh only for a month.

That is not true. I have a feeling that I will be poor for many more years to come.

I am defeated.
